Bliss Properties offers complete Real Estate services to buyers, investors, and sellers, in Breckenridge, Summit County and most of the Colorado Mountain Region. We customize these services to meet the needs of our clients’ philosophy, goals and interests. We are Breckenridge locals, owner-operated, license and insured. Bliss also manages Breckenridge Homeowner Associations.

Our Story

Since 1987, Bliss Properties has been working hard to provide our clients with everything and anything they need under the Colorado sun. Growing up in New Jersey, our founder, Carol Cannon moved to Breckenridge in 1984 after graduating from Bucknell University. Intending to spend a year living her dream of "Rocky Mountain life," she ended up staying and the rest is history!
